Energy ratings, fees, rent control?

The DPE and GES energy ratings are required when listing. Fees show with their rate and who pays what share. In a rent-controlled area, the reference rent is checked.

How does the site make money?

Sales and rent are settled off-site. Your revenue comes from advertisers: agency subscriptions, pay-per-listing, featuring, pay-per-contact.
