To what your customers pay online on your marketplace: 2% on Launch, 1.5% on Pro, 1% on Dedicated. Refunds are deducted; delivery fees, requests and anything you collect offline don’t count.

At the start of each month, on an invoice separate from your subscription: the share of the previous month’s sales, charged to the same payment method. Its detailed statement is in your account. During the beta, payments are in test mode and nothing is billed: the share starts in the month of the public launch.

Launch to test your market, Pro to become a brand: up to three domain names, your emails sent from your domain, 10 administrators instead of 2, and your software connected, feeds included. Above €24,000 in online sales per month, Pro also costs less.

A real marketplace, ready to use. Every site comes with customer and seller accounts, listings, search and a map, bookings or requests, online payments on your own Stripe account, messaging, automatic emails, a back office, statistics and backups. We host and maintain it for you: no code to write. You can try everything before you pay, customer area and back office included.

You do, as everywhere: the money from your sales goes to your own Stripe account, which deducts its payment fees according to its pricing. Our share is never added to the price your customers pay.

Yes, within fair use, as described in our terms of sale: a marketplace with normal activity has nothing to watch. Above 40,000 emails per month, nothing is cut off: the overage is added to that month’s invoice. For a very large volume, we talk it through with you first.

Yes. On every plan, you upload a file (CSV or Excel) in the back office. On Pro, 1,000 listings kept up to date are included: we read your software’s feed every hour, or it sends them to our secure endpoint; 10,000 listings as an add-on, at €79 excl. VAT per month. Supported software is connected for free; rarer software costs €490 excl. VAT once, and becomes free for everyone after three requests.

Yes. On every plan, you syndicate your listings to Google, Facebook, Instagram and Google for Jobs. On Pro, 1,000 listings also go out to portals, 10,000 as an add-on at €59 excl. VAT per month; subscriptions with the portals remain your responsibility.

Monthly Launch and Pro plans can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Billed yearly, Launch and Pro give you twelve months for the price of ten. Dedicated is a firm one-year commitment, billed quarterly in advance (€2,970 excl. VAT) or yearly (€11,880 excl. VAT, with no discount); it then continues with three months’ notice.

Yes. You can upgrade whenever you like, and the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the paid period; before you confirm, you see what changes and on what date. For Dedicated, write to us.

Yes, with a monthly subscription: €29 excl. VAT per month, up to six months a year. Your site shows a “back soon” message and takes no more orders or bookings; no share of sales is due. Your data, photos and domain are kept, and you reopen in one click.

On Launch and Pro, by ticket from your account, with a reply within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). On Dedicated, on WhatsApp and by ticket, 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm (Paris time), with a first reply within 4 hours during those hours.

Yes, always: it’s yours. “Export my data”, in your account, gives you your listings, orders, customers, payments and messages as spreadsheets that open in Excel, and your photos in an archive. If you cancel, your marketplace goes offline at the end of the paid period, and the export stays open for thirty days.

Yes: the code of your marketplace, with the features of its trade, without the Studio or the generator. Its price: thirty-six months of Dedicated, paid upfront. Maintenance is optional, at 20% of that price per year, with no commitment. Write to us.

For work done by artificial intelligence: a new idea (20 credits), four new proposals (10), an edit you ask the assistant for, always made by Claude Opus 5.5 (2), a photo, a translation. Two ideas and ten edits are free when you sign up, once. Credits can be bought as soon as your account exists, with no subscription; every action shows its price before it runs, and an action that fails is given back. A month’s included credits carry over to the next month.

Yes. Our plans are for businesses; French VAT is added to the prices shown, or the reverse charge applies to a company established in another EU country.
