What you can build with Marketplace Factory, and under which conditions. This page supplements our terms of use and follows every version of our policy.

Every marketplace must comply at the same time with French law, with the law of the countries where you are established and of those it targets, and with the terms of our providers. Where these rules differ, the strictest one applies: an activity that is legal in your country may therefore be prohibited here.

Prohibited in every country

We neither create nor publish any marketplace, listing or content devoted to these activities, even in part or under another name, even where they are legal. The studio then declines to generate the site, without charging anything.

Countries

We do not open accounts or create marketplaces for a person established in these countries, nor for a marketplace that targets them, because of international sanctions or the rules of our providers: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus, as well as the occupied regions of Ukraine.

In these countries, our artificial-intelligence providers are not available, and the studio works without it: China, Hong Kong SAR China, Macao SAR China, Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, and Yemen.

Checks, reports and appeals

The descriptions entered in the studio and the listings of published marketplaces are checked, automatically and then by a person. A listing that appears to relate to a prohibited activity is set aside for review, never deleted without a reasoned decision. You can contest a decision by writing to contact@marketplacefactory.com: a person from our team will reply.
