Frequently asked questions

Can my customers see open slots?

Yes: this week’s slots show on the listing and on the profile, based on each provider’s hours. A booked slot disappears.

I use Planity or Doctolib.

They offer no access to other software. Connect your Google Calendar instead, which most of them can fill in: your busy hours block your slots here.

What about work on quote?

The customer describes what they need; the provider replies in the messaging. From Pro, every request can arrive as a draft quote in Pennylane or Axonaut.

Can an appointment be rescheduled?

Yes, from both sides: one suggests another time, the other accepts. Reminders go out by email, with the calendar file.

When does the provider get paid?

24 hours after the appointment ends, into their Stripe account, minus your commission.
