Will my Airbnb and Booking calendars stay in sync?

Yes. Paste each property’s calendar link: a night booked on one side is blocked on the other. Allow up to 2 hours for Booking and 3 hours for Airbnb, while they re-read the link.

With Smoobu, your properties, prices and bookings come in automatically. With SuperHote, every booking arrives within seconds, through Make.

Different prices by season?

What about the furnished holiday rental number?
